 Our philosophy is translated by Tug not only as an e-commerce platform, but is developed also in other directions: Tug offers bespoke services for AD-HOC RESEARCH, RENTING, WHOLESALE and CONSULTING.

 
 

RENTING

COST: 20% of the full price shown online
DEPOSIT: 80% of the full price shown online 

TIMING: the deposit covers 5 working days (IT) or 7 working days (EU)

NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED



HOW IT WORKS:


  1. Check our website tugstore.it and look through our products

  2. Email us at info@tugstore.it with the selection of products you are interested to rent.
    Please note that we have more items in our archives than what is shown online. If you share with us more information on the model size, mood (colours and visual references) and any other relevant details, we will be happy to email you back with more pieces to consider

  3. We will email you with a *confirmation form, once the selection in finalised

  4. We will prepare the goods for shipping, once we receive the form signed and the payment (20% cost + 80% deposit =100% of the full price shown online). We accept Debit/Credit Card and PayPal

  5. All you have to do now is to book a courier to collect the items from our showroom. If you like, we can book a courier for you (shipping costs will be added to your bill).

  6. We will reimburse the full deposit, once all the items are returned in the same conditions as they were collected

  7. In the case one or more item/s is/are not returned or is/are returned damaged, we will ask you to pay for their full price 

SOURCING/WHOLESALE

COST: 70% of the full price shown online
DEPOSIT: none 

TIMING: the goods can be swapped with new merchandise within one year
